LA VERDAD

 

Jesús dijo a sus discípulos: “La verdad os hará libres”

y nosotros nos preguntamos: ¿Y qué es la verdad? ¿Cómo conocerla? ¿Qué camino lleva hacia ella?

 

Jesús también dijo: “Yo Soy el camino, la Verdad y la Vida”

 

¡Qué implicaciones tan hermosas en sus palabras!

El descubrimiento de la conciencia Crística en nuestro interior… es el Camino, la Verdad y la Vida.

La vida lleva a la Vida. Las experiencias de la vida nos encaminan a la Verdad, nos preparan para ser capaces de recibirla. En la vida está el Camino, y a través del Camino, se llega a la Verdad.

La Verdad siempre está presente, lista para ser descubierta, percibida y experimentada.  Estamos inmersos en ella y somos ella.
Lo único que tenemos que hacer es retirar los obstáculos que nos impiden recordar quienes somos y acceder a esta verdad subyacente que es nuestra esencia, a esta conciencia Crística que late en nuestro interior.

Recordar quienes somos... Uno solo en la mente de Dios...

Inspirada por las enseñanzas de “Un curso de Milagros” y por las palabras, que transcribo, del maravilloso acompañamiento e interpretación de Jorge Pellicer, trato a continuación de definir lo indefinible, de expresar con palabras la Verdad de lo que somos, de lo que Soy:

Yo Soy la paz De Dios, el Amor, la Libertad suprema.

Yo soy Espíritu en un vehículo transitorio, en un mundo ilusorio.
Yo Soy Uno en la mente de Dios y no hay nada fuera de mí.
Nada puede cambiar esta verdad, esta realidad, porque lo cambiante, lo efímero, no afecta lo inmutable. La variabilidad del mundo no afecta la inmutabilidad del Espíritu.
Reconozco mi papel en la salvación, al ser capaz de ver la verdad, de ver el mundo a través de los ojos del espíritu, más allá de la ilusión. Libero al mundo de lo que no es.
Yo Soy El Salvador porque reconozco la fortaleza en cada uno de mis hermanos.
Cada uno de nosotros aportamos nuestro papel fundamental y esencial para la salvación.

El Ser que Soy está sostenido en la mente de Dios.

Vivo en la mente de Dios, en la Fuente, la Vida.

Yo Soy. Soy libre. Esa es la realidad, la Verdad.
Este mundo no es real. Siempre estoy en mi Hogar, mi verdadero Hogar, aunque no sea consciente de ello.
Elijo ver la realidad, la Verdad. El mundo Real es el reconocimiento y la aceptación de la Realidad, es el mundo perdonado, es donde reconozco que no hay nada fuera de mí.
Me olvido del cuerpo, del vehículo.
Me centro en Mí, el Hijo de Dios, el Ser.
Jamás hemos abandonado nuestro Hogar, pero hemos decidido ver otra cosa.
Elijo disociar mi mente de la película y asociarla a mi Hogar.

Todos los caminos espirituales se unifican en el Ser. Todo me lleva al Ser, a “Dios Es”. Todo está sostenido en el Ser, que es Dios.
Entonces, al comprenderlo, puedo afirmar que Yo soy. Soy en Dios, en el Ser que Dios me dió.
En este instante Soy, y no puedo dejar de Ser, porque estoy unido a Dios.
Por la gracia vivo, por la gracia soy, por la gracia soy liberado... Liberado de la ignorancia, liberado de mis pensamientos falsos porque al aquietarme... Soy.

¿Y quien sostiene al Soy? ¿A la mente con la observo que pienso?
Dios es el Ser, es la Vida, es la totalidad que todo lo sostiene.
Si soy consciente de que Soy, es por la gracia de Dios, por su amor.
Se me ha dado el Ser y soy inmensamente amado. Y ahora puedo experimentarlo, sentirlo, ser consciente de que lo soy y siempre lo he sido.

Acepto el amor de Dios.

Al ser consciente de que Soy, siento un amor infinito, el estado de gracia, el reconocimiento del amor de Dios. No existe nada fuera de la voluntad de Dios, nada que no sea abarcado y abrazado por su amor.

 

Qué belleza recordar, reconocer esto al leerlo, mirar hacia dentro y sentir que es la Verdad, mientras se repite, como una oración, en paz y quietud.

 

Qué importante es saber que mientras vivo en este mundo cambiante, dentro de mí estoy en perfecta paz e inmutabilidad, en mi Hogar, en el Ser que realmente Soy.

 

La Verdad está ahí, dentro de cada uno de nosotros, esperando a ser descubierta,

a ser recibida con los brazos abiertos.

THE TRUTH

Jesus said to his disciples: "The Truth will set you free."

 

And we wonder, what is the Truth? How to know it? What path leads to it?

Jesus also said: "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life"

What beautiful implications in his words!
The discovery of the Christ consciousness within us ... is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Our life leads to true Life. Life experiences lead us to Truth, prepare us to be able to receive it. In life there is the Way, and through the Way, one reaches the Truth.

 

Truth is always present, ready to be discovered, perceived and experienced. We are immersed in it and we are it. All we have to do is remove the obstacles that prevent us from remembering who we are and accessing this underlying truth that is our essence, this Christ consciousness that beats within us.

 

Remember who we are ... One in the mind of God ...

 

Inspired by the teachings of "A Course in Miracles" and motivated by the wonderful accompaniment and interpretation of Jorge Pellicer, I try to define the indefinable, to express with Words the Truth of what we are, of what I am:

 

I am the peace of God, Love, Supreme freedom.
I am Spirit in a transitory vehicle, in an illusory world. I am One in the mind of God and there is nothing outside of me. Nothing can change this Truth, this Reality, because the changing, the ephemeral, does not affect the immutable. The variability of the world does not affect the immutability of the Spirit. I recognize my role in salvation, by being able to see the Truth, to see the world through the eyes of the Spirit, beyond illusion. I release the world from what it is not. I am the savior because I recognize the strength in each of my brothers. Each of us contributes our fundamental and essential role for salvation.

 

The Being that I am is sustained in the mind of God.
I live in the mind of God, in the Source, the Life.
I am. I am free. That is the reality, the Truth.

This world is not real. I am always at Home, my real home, even if I am not conscious of it.

I choose to see reality, Truth. The Real world is the recognition and acceptance of Reality, it is the forgiven world, it is where I recognize that there is nothing outside of me.

I forget the body, the vehicle.

I focus on Me, the Son of God, the Self.

We have never left our Home, but we have decided to see something else.

I choose to dissociate my mind from the “film” and associate it with my Home.

 

All spiritual paths are unified in the Being.  Everything leads me to the Being, to "God Is". Everything is sustained in the Being, who is God.

So, understanding it, I can affirm that I am. I am in God, in the Being that God gave me.

In this moment I am, and I cannot stop Being, because I am united with God.

By grace I live, by grace I am, by grace I am liberated ... Liberated from ignorance, liberated from my false thoughts because by quieting down and stilling my mind ... I am.

 

And who supports the I am? the mind with which I observe what I think?

God is the Being, the Life, the totality that sustains everything.

If I am aware that I am, it is by the grace of God, by his love.

I have been given the Self and I am immensely loved. And now I can experience it, feel it, be aware that I am and always have been.

I accept the love of God.
Being aware that I am, I feel infinite love, the state of grace, the recognition of the love of God. There is nothing outside of God's will, nothing that is not embraced by His love.

What a beauty to remember, to recognize this as you read it, to look within and feel that it is the Truth, as it is repeated, like a prayer, in peace and stillness.

How important it is to know that, while I live in this changing world, within me I am in perfect peace and immutability, in my Home, in the Being that I really am.

The Truth is there, within each of us, waiting to be discovered, to be welcomed with open arms.
