DESPIERTA LA LUZ DE TU INTERIOR
Bajo el cielo azul, siento la hierba bajo mis pies, observo las espigas moverse con el viento, los arboles y las flores, volando las mariposas mientras escucho el cantico de los pájaros...
Éxtasis espiritual, el verdadero contacto con lo divino en la creación.
Amor. Sentimiento de estar viva, despierta, alerta, vibrante, y a su vez tranquila en el interior.
Observando como el Todo se expresa en todo a mi alrededor.
Fusionándome con ese espacio que no cesa, en el que ocurre todo y nada al mismo tiempo.
Rayos de sol y nubes intercaladas.
En ambos experimento la calidez y la suavidad del ser.
Busco y no encuentro… no hay nada que buscar, nada por lo que esforzarse internamente.
Dejar que todo fluya tranquilo, lentamente, permitiendo que sea por sí mismo. Relajación y amplitud de la percepción.
El Ser que se regala a si mismo una sonrisa al observarse, al comenzar a ser consciente de su natural naturaleza.
Me encuentro bailando entre dos mundos, volando en el cielo sobre mí los cernícalos, enraizados en lo profundo los acebuches bajo mis pies, y yo, estática, vuelvo al origen de lo que Soy.
El final siempre fue el principio.
Las horas que pasan, la vida que transcurre en apariencia, las experiencias vividas y por vivir… se encuentra todo aquí y ahora, en las capas más profundas de este Ser habitado por el instante.
El telón del tiempo no puede ya ocultar la verdad de lo que es.
Todo es ahora, en este tranquilo espacio de observación desde el que se produce un viaje hacia dentro… y hacia afuera.
Todo es simultaneo, lo que fue y será.
El eterno ahora no puede ser explicado a través del intelecto o la razón.
La mente finita no entiende el infinito ni puede abarcarlo.
El conocimiento primero se intuye, poco a poco va calando, penetrando cada vez más hondo, hasta convertirse en una certeza, quizá no completamente comprendida, pero sí sentida, vivida, experimentada.
La verdad que late en el interior esperando a ser descubierta.
Despierta la luz que yace en tu interior.

AWAKEN YOUR INNER LIGHT
Under the blue sky, I feel the grass under my feet, I watch the spikes move with the wind, the trees and the flowers, the butterflies fly while I listen the birds singing...
Spiritual ecstasy, the true contact with the divine in creation.
Love. Feeling of being alive, awake, alert, vibrant, and at the same time calm inside.
Observing how Everything is expressed in everything around me.
Merging with that space that does not end, in which everything and anything happens at the same time.
Sunbeams and interspersed clouds.
In both I experience the warmth and softness of Being.
I search and I cannot find… there is nothing to look for, nothing to strive for internally.
Let everything flow smoothly, slowly, allowing it to be by itself. Relaxation and amplitude of perception.
The Being who gives himself the gift of a smile when observing himself, when he begins to be aware of his natural nature.
I find myself dancing between two worlds, kestrels flying in the sky above me, wild olive groves deeply rooted under my feet, and I, static, returning to the origin of what I am.
The end was always the beginning.
The hours that pass, the life that passes in appearance, the experiences lived and to be lived ... everything is found here and now, in the deepest layers of this Being inhabited by the moment.
The curtain of time can no longer hide the truth of what it is.
Everything is now, in this quiet space of observation from which a journey takes place inwards… and outwards.
Everything is simultaneous, all that was and will be.
The eternal now cannot be explained through the intellect or through reason.
The finite mind does not understand infinity and cannot encompass it.
Knowledge is first intuited, little by little it penetrates, pervades more and more deeply, until it becomes a certainty, perhaps not completely understood, but indeed felt, lived, experienced.
The truth that beats inside waiting to be discovered.
Wake up the light that lies within you.
Awaken to your inner light.
