VOLVER A LA LUZ

Mi voz es el eco del Pensamiento, cristalizado en palabras, que se escriben a través de mí. Mis manos dibujan los dictados del Espíritu. Grande es Su luz, aunque aún no sea capaz de percibirla.

Todo lo que alguna vez estuvo y estará, esta ahora aquí.

Los rayos cósmicos se mueven caprichosos, adoptando la forma de nuestra finita realidad.

¿Dónde buscar la infinitud sino en nuestro interior, en el corazón de todas las cosas?

Bucear en el océano de la conciencia para conseguir las valiosas perlas de la sabiduría.

Nuestra esencia es inmutable e inmensa, como el océano. Las olas de nuestros pensamientos le otorgan una ilusoria variabilidad… necesaria para comprender la verdad de la vastedad del Ser.

“La verdad se lanzó a tu encuentro desde el momento en que la invocaste. Si supieras Quién camina a tu lado por la senda que has escogido, sería imposible que pudieses experimentar miedo.” UCDM

Si supieras quien eres en realidad, de que materia están fabricados tus sueños, no podrías ni por un instante volver a dudar de ti mism@.

Tuyo es el Ser, el poder y la gloria, por siempre.

Tuyo es el principio y el fin de la creación.

Tu silencio sostiene un caleidoscopio de pensamientos y universos, la paz que subyace a todo lo creado. La expresión de tu amoroso silencio es el origen del universo, emanado y expandido desde Ti mism@.

Si supieras quien eres en realidad… no volverías a tener miedo.

“Tú que te has pasado la vida llevando la verdad a la ilusión y la realidad a la fantasía, has estado recorriendo el camino de los sueños. Pues has pasado de la condición de estar despierto a la de estar dormido, y de ahí te has sumergido en un sueño todavía más profundo…

La luz se encuentra en ti. La oscuridad puede envolverla, pero no puede extinguirla…

… avanzarás, pues tu objetivo es pasar del miedo a la verdad. La meta que aceptaste es la meta del conocimiento, y esto lo demuestra tu buena voluntad.

…Unámonos inmediatamente en un ins­tante de luz y eso será suficiente para recordarte que tu meta es la luz.” - UCDM

Una luz en ti que recuerda quien eres, te guía por los caminos del mundo. La luz del Espíritu. Sigue a esa luz, atent@ a su llamada, buscando su mirada.

Que el mundo no sea un obstáculo sino un medio para descubrir la verdad.

Que la intensidad de la llamada, de la Palabra, sea tal que no puedas sino escucharla, iniciando un movimiento hacia dentro, uno tras otro, que te lleven finalmente hacia ella, la Voz de Dios en ti, la paz de Dios manifestada.

“Estás avanzando hacia el significado del amor y alejándote de todas las ilusiones con las que lo habías revestido.

Tú que tomas de la mano a tu hermano tomas también la mía, pues cuando os unisteis no estabais solos.

La Voluntad de Dios se te concede, pues lo único que deseas es lo que siempre tuviste o lo que siempre fuiste.

Puedes estar tan seguro de que yo te llevo de la mano…

… dondequiera que vamos, llevamos a Dios con nosotros.

Te has unido a mí en tu relación para llevarle el Cielo al Hijo de Dios, que se había ocultado en la oscuridad. Has estado dis­puesto a llevar la oscuridad a la luz, y eso ha fortalecido a todos los que quieren permanecer en la oscuridad. Los que quieran ver verán. Y se unirán a mí para llevar su luz a la oscuridad cuando la oscuridad que hay en ellos haya sido llevada ante la luz y eliminada para siempre.

Tú que eres ahora el portador de la salvación, tienes la función de llevar la luz a la oscuridad. La oscuridad en ti se llevó ante la luz. Lleva esa luz ahora a la oscuridad, desde el instante santo a donde llevaste tu oscuridad. Nos completamos cuando desea­mos completar. No dejes que el tiempo te preocupe, pues todo miedo que tú y tu hermano podáis experimentar procede real­mente del pasado. El tiempo ha sido reajustado para ayudarnos a lograr, juntos, lo que vuestros pasados separados habrían impe­dido. Habéis transcendido el miedo, pues dos mentes no pueden unirse en su deseo de amor sin que el amor se una a ellas.

Ni una sola luz en el Cielo deja de acompañaros. Ni uno solo de los rayos que brillan para siempre en la Mente de Dios deja de iluminaros. El Cielo se ha unido a vosotros en vuestro avance hacia Él. Si se han unido a vosotros luces tan potentes que infun­den a la pequeña chispa de vuestro deseo el poder de Dios Mismo, ¿cómo podríais vosotros seguir en la oscuridad? Tú y tu hermano estáis retornando a casa juntos, después de un largo e insensato viaje que emprendisteis por separado y que no os condujo a ninguna parte. Has encontrado a tu hermano, y cada uno de vosotros alumbrará el camino del otro. Y partiendo de esa luz, los Grandes Rayos se extenderán hacia atrás hasta la os­curidad y hacia adelante hasta Dios, para desvanecer con su res­plandor el pasado y así dar lugar a Su eterna Presencia, en la que todo resplandece en la luz.”

Que podamos llevar a cabo nuestra función en este mundo, en esta aparente realidad, y despertemos a la verdadera Realidad del Espíritu, el Cielo en nuestro interior.

Que nuestra visión pueda contagiar al mundo, la luz de nuestra visión despertar tantas otras visiones…

Porque la salvación es del mundo…

Y el mundo eres tú, soy yo, somos todos… UNO.

GO BACK TO THE LIGHT

If you knew who you really are, what stuff your dreams are made of, you could not even for a moment doubt yourself again.
Yours is the Self, the power and the glory, forever.
Yours is the beginning and the end of creation.
Your silence supports a kaleidoscope of thoughts and universes, the peace that underlies everything is being created. The expression of your loving silence is the origin of the universe, emanated and expanded from Yourself.
If you knew who you really are ... you would never be afraid again.

“You who have spent your life taking the truth to illusion and reality to fantasy, have been walking the path of dreams. Well, you have gone from being awake to sleeping, and from there you have plunged into an even deeper sleep ...
The light is in you. Darkness can envelop it, but it cannot extinguish it ...

A light in you that remembers who you are, guides you along the paths of the world. The light of the Spirit. Follow that light, listen to His call, seek for His gaze.

Let the world not be an obstacle but a means to discover the truth.
May the intensity of the call, of the Word, be such that you cannot help but hear it, initiating an inward movement, one after another, that will finally lead you to it, the Voice of God in you, the manifested peace of God.

“You are moving towards the meaning of love and moving away from all the illusions with which you had clothed it.

You who take your brother's hand also take mine, because when you joined you were not alone.
The Will of God is granted to you, because the only thing you want is what you always had or what you always were.
You can be so sure that I take you by the hand ...

You have joined me in your relationship to bring Heaven to the Son of God, who had hidden in darkness. You have been willing to bring darkness into light, and that has strengthened all who want to remain in darkness. Those who want to see will see. And they will join me in bringing their light to darkness when the darkness within them has been brought before the light and being removed forever.

You who are now the bearer of salvation, have the function of bringing light to darkness. The darkness in you was brought before the light. Take that light now into darkness, from the holy instant to where you took your darkness. We complete ourselves when we want to complete. Do not let time worry you, because all fear that you and your brother may experience really comes from the past. Time has been readjusted to help us accomplish, together, what your separate pasts would have prevented. You have transcended fear, for two minds cannot unite in their desire for love without love joining them.

Not a single light in Heaven stops accompanying you. Not one of the rays that shine forever in the Mind of God fails to illuminate you. Heaven has joined you in your advance towards Him. If lights so powerful that they infuse the little spark of your desire with the power of God Himself, have united to you, how could you continue in the dark? You and your brother are returning home together, after a long and foolish journey that you undertook separately and that led you nowhere. You have found your brother, and each of you will light the way for the other. And starting from that light, the Great Rays will extend back to the darkness and forward to God, to vanish the past with its brilliance and thus give place to His eternal Presence, in which everything shines in the light. ”

May we carry out our function in this world, in this apparent reality, and awaken to the true Reality of the Spirit, the Heaven within us.

SANAR JUNTO CON LA TIERRA

La Tierra se ha tomado un tiempo para respirar, para sumergirse en sus infinitos océanos y recrearse en su recién estrenada pureza. Se ha tomado un tiempo para regenerarse y recuperarse de nuestros excesos. A través de esta pandemia, nos ha cerrado provisionalmente sus puertas y nos ha dejado encerrados… en nosotros mismos.

El ser humano, en ocasiones inconsciente y arrogante, se cree que tiene todo bajo control, tan poderoso como para poder dominar las fuerzas de la Naturaleza.

Y aquí nos encontramos ahora, apaciguando nuestro orgullo, esperando a que Ella nos abra la barrera para poder recobrar nuestra normalidad.

Espero, no obstante, que cuando recobremos esa “normalidad” sea con más conciencia.

Que a través de esta experiencia que nos ha tocado vivir, hayamos sido capaces de superar el egoísmo de nuestra individualidad y nuestra mirada sea ahora más global, más solidaria.

Porque estamos todos en el mismo barco, todos habitantes del mismo mundo, todos la misma humanidad.

Que nos creemos que el mal no nos va a tocar nunca de cerca y vamos por la vida con la mirada perdida entre las obligaciones, el consumismo y el excesivo derroche, indiferentes y despistados de cuál es nuestro verdadero propósito y de lo que es realmente importante.

Una situación así inevitablemente nos une en un propósito común y hace nacer en nosotros la chispa de la solidaridad, de la compasión hacia otros… nos despierta del sueño de apatía en el que normalmente habitamos, porque esta vez, la realidad nos ha sacudido también a nosotros. Por fin nos ha llegado algo que nos toca de cerca a todos, que llega a nuestras calles, a nuestras casas, a nuestras familias.

Ya no son solo desgracias que ocurren en países menos afortunados y que parece que nunca nos van a alcanzar. Ahora todos nos sentimos expuestos e igualmente vulnerables. Lo que varía son las circunstancias individuales de cada uno, dependiendo de nuestras situaciones y países, de qué manera unos y otros se han visto afectados, así como los efectos colaterales de lo que está ocurriendo, que se irán manifestando más adelante, y que pueden traer más cola aun que la propia pandemia, sobre todo en los países más pobres.

Por primera vez en mucho tiempo, hemos visto, todos a la vez, temblar los pilares de nuestra ilusoria seguridad… Y la sacudida nos ha hecho inevitablemente reaccionar, no habiendo podido permanecer indiferentes.

Esta situación global, por otro lado, nos ha enseñado a sacar fuerzas de nuestro interior y seguir adelante, continuar, con fe y esperanza, motivados por una solidaridad global sin precedentes…

Es tiempo para la reflexión, para sacar algo bueno y provechoso del interior.

La Naturaleza se ha tomado un tiempo para sanarse, y nos invita a sanarnos junto con ella. Son muchos los que están aprovechando esta oportunidad para sanarse por dentro, para cambiar patrones automáticos y evolucionar interiormente.

Que los que se hayan ido o estén por marcharse, lo hagan con una mayor conciencia.

Algunos quizá solos, pero también quizá hayan sido capaces, en esa soledad, de contactar con el amor que yace en su interior, y que es el origen y motor del resto de amores, el divino amor que el alma anhela en su esencia.

En soledad, estamos aprendiendo a darnos a nosotros mismos lo que siempre esperamos recibir del exterior. Ese amor que siempre esperamos, ese cariño, está dentro de nosotros si le permitimos expresarse y somos capaces de mantenernos en él, tranquilos y en calma, sabiéndonos amados internamente, sin importar lo que suceda en el exterior.

No debemos dejarnos llevar por el miedo ni otras emociones negativas.

Observar lo que ocurre y vivirlo sin añadir información adicional o juicios mentales hacia ello.

A veces existe una tendencia de pensar en lo peor que cada situación va a traer, en ver el lado negativo de las cosas, en criticar como actúan unos y otros…

¿Por qué no aceptar lo que toca vivir, y ser capaces de vivirlo en el presente, paso a paso, día a día, momento a momento, de la mejor manera posible?

¿Por qué no aprovechar el tiempo, que ahora poseemos en abundancia, de forma constructiva, tratando de hacer cosas que nos hagan felices, a nosotros o a los demás?

Nuestra mayor responsabilidad ahora es cultivar ese espacio de felicidad y contribuir con nuestra vibración a elevar la vibración de la Tierra, contrarrestando el miedo y la ansiedad.

Aceptar lo que toca vivir y esperar, ya que no está en nuestras manos cambiar la situación, y de nada sirve anticipar acontecimientos.

Sin embargo, la calidad de la espera, si está en nuestras manos.

Hagamos de esta espera una oportunidad para cultivar nuestro interior, reafirmar nuestros valores, afianzar los lazos con nuestros seres queridos, para sentirnos afortunados y agradecidos, ejercitar nuestra compasión y apoyar a otros que pueden necesitar nuestro cariño y aliento.

Hagamos de esta espera nuestra practica espiritual, un continuo momento presente que se expande, gloriosamente, ante nosotros.

Tratemos de ver el lado positivo de las cosas siempre que sea posible.

Tratemos de vivir en paz las situaciones que nos toque vivir, como parte del aprendizaje y la evolución de nuestra alma.

Que la Naturaleza esta sanando mientras nosotros miramos hacia dentro.

Que todos estamos sanando a la vez, porque Ella siempre mira en nuestra dirección.

Está aprovechando nuestra ausencia para regenerarse y llenarse de vida, sus ojos puestos en nuestro bienestar. Que todo lo que Ella es no es más que un regalo para nosotros, y un reflejo de lo que nosotros somos. Ella simboliza la Madre que continuamente da, sin esperar nada a cambio. Una Madre que se ha dado tan completamente que se ha olvidado de sí misma y ahora necesita un descanso para recuperarse de nuestras excesivas exigencias...

Los mares ahora más limpios, el cielo más claro, los animales que recuperan su espacio y el hombre… que se adentra cada vez más en su espacio interior.

Parece que algo importante está sucediendo, dentro de toda la tragedia, un cambio en la conciencia colectiva, un salto cuántico hacia otra posibilidad de entender la vida.

La atmosfera transparente permite ahora una mirada de mayor alcance, eliminada ya la cortina de polución, así como los ojos de muchos despiertan a la visión, más allá del velo de la ignorancia.

Una mirada común al horizonte, unidos en la distancia, unidos con la Tierra.

Que con el corazón en el presente y la mirada en el limpio horizonte podamos juntos convertir esta espera en un regalo para nuestra alma y albergar un sentimiento de gratitud para la Tierra, mientras le permitimos que sane de nuestras heridas.

Que podamos mantener siempre la paz y la calma en el interior, sin importar lo que ocurra a nuestro alrededor.

HEAL TOGETHER WITH THE EARTH

The Earth has taken time to breathe, to submerge itself in its infinite oceans and to recreate itself in its newly released purity. It has taken time to regenerate and recover from our excesses. Through this pandemic, it has provisionally closed its doors and left us locked ... in ourselves.
The human being, sometimes unconscious and arrogant, is believed to have everything under control, so powerful as to be able to dominate the forces of Nature.
And here we are now, appeasing our pride, waiting for Her to open the barrier for us to recover our normality.
I hope, however, that when we recover that "normality" it is with more awareness.
That through this experience that we have had to live, we have been able to overcome the selfishness of our individuality and our gaze is now more global, more supportive.
Because we are all in the same boat, all inhabitants of the same world, all the same humanity.
That we believe that evil will never touch us closely and we go through life with a lost look between obligations, consumerism and excessive expenses, indifferent and absent-minded about what our true purpose is and what is really important .
Such a situation inevitably unites us in a common purpose and gives rise to the spark of solidarity, of compassion for others ... it awakens us from the sleep of apathy in which we normally live, because this time, reality has also shaken us. Finally something has come to us that touches us all closely, that reaches our streets, our houses, our families.
They are no longer just misfortunes that occur in less fortunate countries and that never seem to reach us. Now we all feel exposed and equally vulnerable. What varies are the individual circumstances of each one, depending on our situations and countries, how each has been affected, as well as the side effects of what is happening, which will manifest themselves later, and which may bring more tail even than the pandemic itself, especially in the poorest countries.
For the first time in a long time, we have seen, all at once, the pillars of our illusory security shake ... And the shock has inevitably made us react, not having been able to remain indifferent.
This global situation, on the other side, has taught us to draw strength from within us and move on, continue, with faith and hope, motivated by unprecedented global solidarity ...
It is time for reflection, to get something good and profitable inside.
Nature has taken time to heal, and invites us to heal together with her. Many are taking advantage of this opportunity to heal within, to change automatic patterns and evolve within.
Hopefully those who have left or are about to leave, do so with greater awareness.
Some maybe alone, but they may also have been able, in that solitude, to contact the love that lies within themselves, and which is the origin and engine of the rest of loves, the divine love that the soul longs for in its essence.
In solitude, we are learning to give ourselves what we always hope to receive from outside. That love that we always yearn for, that affection, is within us if we allow it to express itself and we are able to remain in it, calm and peaceful, knowing ourselves loved internally, no matter what happens on the outside.
We must not be carried away by fear or other negative emotions.
Observe what happens and live it without adding additional information or mental judgments towards it.
Sometimes there is a tendency to think about the worst that each situation is going to bring, to see the negative side of things, to criticize how people are behaving ...
Why not accept what you have to live, and be able to live it in the present, step by step, day by day, moment by moment, in the best possible way?
Why not take advantage of the time, which we now have in abundance, constructively, trying to do things that make us or others happy?
Our greatest responsibility now is to cultivate that space of happiness and contribute with our vibration to raise the vibration of the Earth, counteracting fear and anxiety.
Accept what is to live and wait, since it is not in our hands to change the situation, and it is useless to anticipate events.
However, the quality of the wait is indeed in our hands.
Let us make this waiting period an opportunity to cultivate our inner dimensity, reaffirm our values, strengthen our ties with our loved ones, to feel lucky and grateful, exercise our compassion and support others who may need our love and encouragement.
Let us make this waiting period our spiritual practice, a continuous present moment that expands gloriously before us.

Let's try to see the positive side of things whenever possible.
Let us try to live in peace the situations that we have to live, as part of the learning process and evolution of our soul.
That Nature is healing while we look within.
That we are all healing at the same time, because She always looks in our direction.
She is taking advantage of our absence to regenerate and fill herself with life, her eyes always on our well-being. That all that She is is but a gift to us, and a reflection of who we are. She symbolizes the Mother who continually gives, expecting nothing in return. A Mother who has given herself so completely that she has forgotten herself and now needs a rest to recover from our excessive demands ...
The oceans are cleaner now, and also clearer the sky, the animals regain their space and men ... finally enter in their inner space.
It seems that something important is happening, within the whole tragedy, a change in the collective consciousness, a quantum leap towards another possibility of understanding life.
The transparent atmosphere now allows a more far-reaching look, the pollution curtain already being removed, just as the eyes of many awaken to vision, beyond the veil of ignorance.
A common look at the horizon, united in the distance, united with the Earth.
May our hearts be in the present moment and our gaze on the clean horizon, may we together turn this waiting period into a gift for our soul and harbor a feeling of gratitude for the Earth, while allowing Her to heal from our wounds.
May we always keep the peace and calm inside, no matter what happens around us.

RESUCITAR EN EL INTERIOR

¿De qué manera nos acercamos a la resurrección de Jesús?

¿Con qué grado de cercanía lo contemplamos?

El llevó al extremo, con su vida y con su ejemplo, el ideal de las enseñanzas más elevadas, dirigidas para toda la humanidad.

Citando a Paramahansa Yogananda, vol. III de “La Segunda Venida de Cristo”

“El drama entero de la vida de Jesús fue un testimonio de la supremacía del espíritu del hombre sobre la materia” Yogananda

Y no se quedó ahí, sino que continuó, después de la muerte, con su lección más magistral, realizando su ascenso a la liberación.

“La resurrección de Jesús fue la consumación de esa victoria”

“Lo que Jesús demostró después de su crucifixión fue mucho más excelso: la resurrección del alma hasta alcanzar su unidad con el Espíritu, la ascensión del alma desde su ilusorio confinamiento en la conciencia corporal hasta recobrar su innata inmortalidad y lograr la libertad eterna”

“La resurrección de Jesús elevo su conciencia por encima de todas las relatividades de la creación vibratoria e hizo que su Ser se fundiera con el Padre transcendental, el Espíritu absoluto.” Yogananda

No veamos a Cristo como algo ajeno a nosotros.

En nuestro interior yace la Conciencia Crística, la misma que Él manifestó de forma gloriosa, esperando que le permitamos despertar y ser reconocida.

“Jesús no fue únicamente una personalidad física, sino un recipiente de la infinita Conciencia Cristica”

“Es así como Jesús desea que sus devotos le conozcan: que no le limiten a una forma, sino que comprendan su resurrección en la omnipresencia y que le perciban en su unidad con la Luz infinita.”

“En su unidad con el Cristo infinito… El percibe su resurrección en cada forma que existe; renace en cada átomo y en cada célula del espacioso cosmos.” Yogananda

“Jesús dijo: Yo soy la Luz. La que está por encima de todos. Yo soy el Todo. El Todo provino de mí y el Todo ha llegado a mí. Llegad a un madero. Yo estoy allí. Levantad la piedra y me encontrareis allí.” Evangelio de Tomas, versículo 77, Textos gnósticos.

Cristo está presente en cada átomo de la creación, y como no, presente dentro de cada uno de nosotros.

“Cristo ya se encuentra presente en ese divino centro de conciencia que existe en todo ser humano. Experimentar a Cristo como la Inteligencia Cristica… el reflejo unigénito de la Conciencia Cósmica del Padre Celestial que mora en toda la creación”

De una manera similar a Él, a nuestra humana escala, podemos nosotros, mediante nuestra fe, oración y práctica meditativa, y gracias a la intercesión divina, transcender los límites de nuestra existencia corporal y elevarnos hasta alcanzar la libertad en el Espíritu, resucitando así nuestra alma y elevándola del engaño ilusorio a la Verdad.

“… alcanzar la unión con el Espíritu…: resucitar del sepulcro de la ignorancia y, en la ascensión del alma, experimentar la resurrección del Cristo en tu interior”

Que podamos todos elevarnos por encima de la conciencia de enfermedad, escasez, inquietud, tristeza, hacia un estado de profunda paz y calma.

Que a través de nuestra devoción y espiritualidad podamos ser capaces de expresar y resucitar la conciencia Cristica que yace en nuestro interior.

Que el camino se hace caminando.

RESURRECT INSIDE

How do we approach the resurrection of Jesus?
How closely do we contemplate it?
He carried to the extreme, with his life and his example, the ideal of the highest teachings, directed for all mankind.

Quoting Paramahansa Yogananda, vol. III of "The Second Coming of Christ":

"The entire drama of Jesus' life was a testimony to the supremacy of man's spirit over matter" Yogananda

And he did not stop there, but continued, after death, with his most masterful lesson, making his ascent to liberation.

"Jesus' resurrection was the consummation of that victory"
"What Jesus demonstrated after his crucifixion was much more sublime: the resurrection of the soul until reaching its unity with the Spirit, the ascension of the soul from its illusory confinement in body consciousness to regaining its innate immortality and achieving eternal freedom"

Let us not see Christ as something alien to us.
Within us lies the Christ Consciousness, the same that He gloriously manifested, waiting for us to allow Him to awaken and be recognized.

"Jesus was not only a physical personality, but a recipient of the infinite Christ Consciousness"
"This is how Jesus wants his devotees to know him: not to limit him to one form, but to understand his resurrection in omnipresence and to perceive him in his unity with the infinite Light."
"In his unity with the infinite Christ ... He perceives his resurrection in every form that exists; it is reborn in every atom and in every cell of the spacious cosmos. ” Yogananda

"Jesus said: I am the Light. The one that is above all. I am the All. The All came from me and the All has come to me. Get to a piece of wood. I am there. Pick up the stone and you will find me there. ” Gospel of Thomas, verse 77, Gnostic texts.

Christ is present in every atom of creation, and of course, He is present within each one of us.

“Christ is already present in that divine center of consciousness that exists in every human being. Experiencing Christ as the Christ Intelligence ... the only begotten reflection of the Cosmic Consciousness of the Heavenly Father who dwells in all creation ”

In a way similar to Him, on our human scale, we can, through our faith, prayer, and our meditative practice, by the grace of God, transcend the limits of our bodily existence and rise to freedom in the Spirit, thus resurrecting our soul and raising it from the illusory delusion to the Truth.

"... achieve union with the Spirit ...: rise from the grave of ignorance and, in the ascension of the soul, experience the resurrection of the Christ within you"

May we all rise above the awareness of illness, scarcity, restlessness, sadness, towards a state of deep peace and calm.
May we through our devotion and spirituality be able to express and resurrect the Christ consciousness that lies within us.

EL REGALO DEL TIEMPO, EL MOMENTO PRESENTE

Hasta hace poco, sumidos en la vorágine de la constante actividad, nos preguntábamos …

¿Cómo habitar en esos espacios vacíos que pueblan nuestra vida?

Planes sin realizar, objetivos sin cumplir, y la sensación de andar en contracorriente y a contrarreloj. Parece que el tiempo se escapara literalmente de nuestras manos y no fuera suficiente para realizar todo lo que hemos proyectado.

Ahora el mundo se ha parado, y nosotros con él. Nuestra mirada siempre agitada y centrada en el exterior se sorprende a si misma mirando hacia adentro, y descubriendo un nuevo mundo de posibilidades, un movimiento global de interiorización.

Frente a la falta de tiempo y multiplicidad de escenarios, ahora tenemos gran cantidad de tiempo, y poca variación en el espacio. Un auténtico regalo para ser valorado y aprovechado.

La solución más razonable, tanto antes como ahora, es vivir en el presente, en ese lugar donde no existe el tiempo y no puede, por lo tanto, escaparse. En ese lugar, que es lo más cercano que puede imaginarse a la eternidad, un abstracto concepto que hábilmente se escapa a nuestra comprensión.

Vivir en el ahora nos permite mitigar esa influencia del tiempo, esa costumbre nuestra de vivir en el pasado o en el futuro que tanto nos agota.

Prolongar el presente y extenderlo hasta el infinito, hasta donde nuestra mente lo permita y más allá. De esta manera, poco a poco vamos ampliando horizontes y aumentando nuestra flexibilidad, la capacidad de recibir lo nuevo y abandonar los viejos y rígidos esquemas.

Estamos desarrollando una mirada común, guiados por lo que nos une y no por lo que nos separa. Ahora nos une el propósito, como sociedad, como humanidad, y cada cual aporta lo que puede según su posibilidad.

Nos estamos permitiendo el tiempo. Tiempo para hacer las cosas que siempre quisimos hacer, pero íbamos posponiendo, tiempo para estar familia o en soledad, para mirarnos a los ojos, y ser capaces de reconocernos, tiempo para estar en presencia, en silencio, tiempo para la introspección, … cada cual decide cómo utilizar este repentino y caudaloso rio de tiempo que se nos ha regalado, y que fluye imparable a través nuestro.

Se nos ha regalado el “ahora”, el único momento que en realidad existe, … y está en nuestras manos utilizarlo a nuestro favor.

Citando “El curso de milagros”, cap. 13:

“Eres inmortal porque eres eterno, y “SIEMPRE” no puede sino ser AHORA”

“… el ahora es lo que más se aproxima a la eternidad en este mundo”

“En la realidad del “ahora”, sin pasado ni futuro, es donde se puede empezar a apreciar lo que es la eternidad. Pues solo el “ahora” está aquí, y solo el “ahora” ofrece las oportunidades de los encuentros santos en los que se puede encontrar la salvación.”

“La curación no se puede llevar a cabo en el pasado. Tiene que llevarse a cabo en el presente para así liberar el futuro.”

“Y el tiempo será tal y como tú lo interpretes, pues, de por sí, no es nada.”

“El Espíritu Santo se encuentra al final del tiempo, que es donde tú debes estar, puesto que Él está contigo.”

Según el curso de milagros, el propósito del tiempo es ayudarnos a llevar a cabo un aprendizaje, y una vez finalizado este, se termina también su función docente. La función del tiempo seria así temporal y su propósito es que éste se haga finalmente innecesario.

“La verdad se encuentra solamente en el presente, y si la buscas ahí, la encontraras.”

“Contempla amorosamente el presente, pues encierra lo único que es verdad eternamente”

“Toda curación reside en él”

“Renacer es abandonar el pasado y contemplar el presente sin condenación”

“En el presente se encuentran todas las cosas que son eternas, las cuales son una.”

“El ahora es el momento de la salvación, pues en el ahora es cuando te liberas del tiempo”

Que todos seamos capaces de mirar hacia dentro y aprovechar al máximo el regalo del tiempo.

Que podamos vivir extendiendo el eterno ahora y nos convirtamos en presencia.

Que con la inercia de este movimiento global de interiorización y un marcado propósito común, avancemos veloces en nuestro aprendizaje hasta descubrir la Verdad en nuestro interior y hacernos uno con ella.

Que seamos maestros del tiempo, … hasta que este ya no sea necesario.

THE GIFT OF TIME, THE PRESENT MOMENT

Until recently, all of us immersed in the whirlpool of constant activity, we wondered ...
How to deal with those empty spaces that populate our lives?
Unrealized plans, unfulfilled objectives, and the feeling of running countercurrent and against the clock. It seems that time literally escaped from our hands and it was not enough to accomplish everything we have planned.
Now the world has stopped, and we have stopped with it. Our always agitated gaze, focused on the outside, surprises itself by looking inwards and discovering a new world of possibilities, a global interiorization movement.
Previously with the lack of time and multiplicity of scenarios, we now have lots of time, and little variation in space. An authentic gift to be valued and used.
The most reasonable solution, both before and now, is to live in the present, in that place where time does not exist and therefore cannot escape. In that place, which is the closest thing to eternity that can be imagined, an abstract concept that cleverly escapes our understanding.
Living in the now allows us to mitigate that influence of time, our habit of living in the past or in the future that is the cause of our exhaustion.
Prolong the present and extend it to infinity, as far as our minds allow and beyond. In this way, little by little we are expanding horizons and increasing our flexibility, the ability to receive the new and abandon the old and rigid schemes.
We are developing a common vision, guided by what unites us and not what separates us. Now we are united by purpose, as a society, as humanity, and each one contributes what he or she can according to his or her possibility.
We are allowing ourselves to enjoy time. Time to do the things we always wanted to do, but we procrastinated, time to be with family, to look each other in the eye, and to be able to recognize each other and ourselves, time to be in presence, in silence, time for introspection,… each one decides how to use this sudden and mighty river of time that has been given to us, and that flows unstoppable through us.

We have been given the "now", the only moment that actually exists, ... and it is in our hands to use it to our advantage.

Quoting "A Course in Miracles" chap. 13:

"You are immortal because you are eternal, and" ALWAYS "can only be NOW"

"... the “now” is the closest thing to eternity in this world"

"In the reality of "now", without past or future, is where you can begin to appreciate what eternity is. For only the "now" is here, and only the "now" offers the opportunities for holy encounters where salvation can be found. "

"Healing cannot be done in the past. It has to be done in the present to liberate the future.”

"And time will be as you interpret it, because, in itself, it is nothing."

"The Holy Spirit is at the end of time, which is where you should be, since He is with you."

According to a course in miracles, the purpose of time is to help us in our learning process, to carry out an apprenticeship, and once it is completed, its teaching function ends as well. The function of time would thus be temporary and its purpose is to make itself ultimately unnecessary.

"The truth is found only in the present, and if you look for it there, you will find it."

"Lovingly contemplate the present, because it contains the only thing that is eternally true"

"All healing resides in him"

"To be reborn is to abandon the past and contemplate the present without condemnation"

"In the present are all things that are eternal, which are one."

"Now is the moment of salvation, because now is when you free yourself from time"

May we all be able to look within and make the most of the gift of time, living always in the now.
May we live by extending the eternal now and become presence.
May we be able to use the inertia of this global movement of interiorization, to advance rapidly in our learning process until we discover the Truth within and become one with it.
May we be masters of time,… until time is no longer necessary.

UNA MIRADA DE UNION - A GAZE OF UNION

UNA MIRADA DE UNIÓN

La lección 124 de “Un curso de milagros (UCDM)” hace la siguiente proposición:

“Que no me olvide de que soy uno con Dios”.

Dios, La Fuente, el Origen de la creación, la Energía que todo lo sostiene…

¿No sería maravilloso ser capaces de afirmar esto, sintiéndolo de corazón?

Que todos somos uno, una sola conciencia, y uno también con Dios, con la Fuente.

¿No sería maravilloso creer en nuestro personal e infinito potencial? ¿En nuestra capacidad para estar seguros y a salvo? ¿En nuestra capacidad de sanar, de dar y recibir amor?

Es bueno recordar y reafirmar lo que somos, para que no caiga en el olvido.

Resonar con esa frecuencia de lo que es la verdad en nosotros y convertirnos en pequeños motores que hagan asimismo resonar al mundo, que lo pongan en marcha a una nueva velocidad, con una nueva conciencia, con un nuevo impulso y vitalidad, con un objetivo común. La clave está en la unión, en el altruismo y la compasión, en la comprensión de lo que somos en realidad, más allá de nuestra individualidad. La clave está en recordarlo.

Eligiendo las citas que considero más relevantes, la lección continúa así:

“Hoy volvemos a dar gracias de que nuestra Identidad se encuentre en Dios. Nuestro hogar está a salvo, nuestra protección garantizada en todo lo que hacemos, y tenemos a nuestra disposición el poder y la fuerza para llevar a cabo todo cuanto emprendamos. No podemos fracasar en nada. Todo lo que tocamos adquiere un brillante resplandor que bendice y que sana.

… Dios mismo va con nosotros a todas partes.

… Dios es nuestro compañero en nuestro breve recorrido por el mundo.

Hoy no pondremos en duda Su Amor por nosotros, ni cuestionaremos Su protección ni Su cuidado. Ninguna absurda ansiedad podrá venir a interponerse entre nuestra fe y nuestra conciencia de Su Presencia. Hoy somos uno con El en reconocimiento y en recuerdo. Lo sentimos en nuestros corazones. Sus pensamientos se encuentran en nuestras mentes y nuestros ojos ven Su hermosura en todo cuanto contemplamos. Lo vemos en lo que aparenta ser doloroso, y el dolor da paso a la paz. Lo vemos en los que están desesperados, en los tristes y compungidos, en los que creen estar solos y amedrentados y a todos se les devuelve la tranquilidad y la paz interior en la que fueron creados.

A aquellos que saben que son uno con Dios jamás se les puede negar ningún milagro.

Ni uno solo de sus pensamientos carece del poder de sanar toda forma de sufrimiento en cualquier persona.

Nos unimos a esta conciencia al decir que somos uno con Dios. Pues con estas palabras afirmamos también que estamos sanos y salvos, y que podemos salvar y sanar.

Al nosotros tener esta experiencia el mundo se libera… el mundo sana con nosotros.

¡Que la paz sea contigo hoy! Asegura tu paz practicando la conciencia de que eres uno con tu Creador, tal como Él es uno contigo… Eres uno con Dios.

Tal vez hoy, tal vez mañana, veas tu propia transfiguración en el espejo…

Tal vez hoy, tal vez mañana, mires en ese espejo y comprendas que la inmaculada luz que ves emana de ti; que la hermosura que en el contemplas es la tuya propia.

… Puedes estar seguro de que algún día, tal vez hoy, tal vez mañana, entenderás, comprenderás y veras.”

Mantener la fe, la esperanza. Que nada de lo que ocurra a nuestro alrededor pueda arrebatarnos nuestra paz, nuestra ecuanimidad.

Y repetir, interiormente, siempre que sea necesario recordarlo:

“Que no me olvide de que soy uno con Dios, en unión con todos mis hermanos y con mi Ser, en eterna paz y santidad.”

Que la situación que atravesamos sea un medio a través del cual se deje atrás la conciencia de individualidad y separación y se desarrolle nuestra mirada y nuestra conciencia de unidad.

Que seamos capaces de comprender la importancia de la Unión, en conciencia y propósito, y utilicemos los medios a nuestro alcance para profundizar en esa dirección.

Que nuestra vida sea un ejemplo, que comencemos siendo nosotros el cambio que queremos ver en el mundo.

A GAZE OF UNION

Lesson 124 of "A Course in Miracles (ACIM)" makes the following proposition:

                  "Do not forget that I am one with God."

God, The Source, the Origin of creation, the Energy that sustains everything ...
Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to affirm this, feeling it from the heart?
That we are all one, a single conscience, and one also with God, with the Source.
Wouldn't it be wonderful to believe in our personal and infinite potential? In our ability to be safe and secure? In our ability to heal, to give and receive love?
It is good to remember and reaffirm what we are, so that it does not fall into oblivion.
Resonate with that frequency of what is the truth in us and become small engines that also resonate the world, that start it at a new speed, with a new consciousness, with a new impulse and vitality, with a common goal . The key is in union, in altruism and compassion, in the understanding of who we really are, beyond our individuality.

Choosing the quotes that I consider most relevant, the lesson continues like this (in my own translation from the version I have in Spanish):

“Today we give thanks again that our Identity is found in God. Our home is safe, our protection guaranteed in everything we do, and we have at our disposal the power and strength to carry out everything we undertake. We cannot fail at anything. Everything we touch takes on a brilliant glow that blesses and heals.
… God Himself goes with us everywhere.
… God is our companion on our brief journey in the world.
Today we will not question His Love for us, nor will we question His protection or His care. No absurd anxiety can come between our faith and our awareness of His Presence. Today we are one with Him in recognition and in remembrance. We feel it in our hearts. His thoughts are in our minds and our eyes see His beauty in everything we contemplate. We see Him in what appears to be painful, and pain gives way to peace. We see Him in those who are desperate, in the sad and sad, in those who believe that they are alone and in fear, and everyone is restored to the tranquility and inner peace in which they were created.
Those who know they are one with God can never be denied any miracle.
Not a single thought lacks the power to heal all forms of suffering in anyone.
We join this awareness by saying that we are one with God. For with these words we also affirm that we are safe and sound, and that we can save and heal.
By having this experience, the world is liberated ... the world heals with us.
May peace be with you today! Secure your peace by practicing the awareness that you are one with your Creator, just as He is one with you ... You are one with God.
Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, you will see your own transfiguration in the mirror ...
Perhaps today, perhaps tomorrow, you will look in that mirror and understand that the immaculate light that you see emanates from you; that the beauty that you contemplate is your own.
… You can be sure that someday, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, you will acknowledge, understand and see. ”

Keep faith, hope. May nothing that happens around us can take our peace away from us, our equanimity.
And repeat to ourselves, whenever it is necessary to remember it:

"Do not forget that I am one with God, in union with all my brothers and with my Being, in eternal peace and holiness."

May the situation we are going through be a means through which the consciousness of individuality and separation is left behind and our consciousness of unity is developed.
May we be able to understand the importance of the Union, in conscience and purpose, and use the means at our disposal to delve further in that direction.
May our lives be an example, let us begin by being the change we want to see in the world.
