EL INSTANTE SANTO

¿Por qué sufrimos?

No habitamos el presente. Continuamente huimos de él, no lo aceptamos, no lo apreciamos, nos cuesta extraer su significado y enseñanza, más aún, frecuentemente intentamos cambiarlo o anticipar, mediante nuestras proyecciones, un futuro que aún no ha llegado y que nunca llegará. Porque el futuro se vive inevitablemente en el presente.

Todo futuro se convierte en presente al ser vivido y experimentado en el ahora. En sí misma, la noción del futuro es una ilusión basada en la creencia de la  linealidad del tiempo.

Un Curso de Milagros nos dice:

“Empieza a usar el tiempo tal como lo hace el Espíritu Santo: como un instrumento de enseñanza para alcanzar paz y felicidad. Elige este preciso instante, ahora mismo, y piensa en él como si fuese todo el tiempo que existe. En él nada del pasado te puede afectar, y es en él donde te encuentras completamente absuelto, complemente libre y sin condenación alguna. Desde este instante santo donde tu santidad nace de nuevo, seguirás adelante en el tiempo libre de todo temor y sin experimentar ninguna sensación de cambio con el paso del tiempo.

En este instante redentor reside el Cielo.

En el instante santo en que te ves a ti mismo resplandeciendo con el fulgor de la libertad, recuerdas a Dios. Pues recordarle es recordar la libertad.

 A cambio de ese instante (el instante santo), Él (el Espíritu Santo) está listo para darte el recuerdo de la eternidad.

¿Cuánto dura un instante? Dura el tiempo que sea necesario para re-establecer la perfecta cordura la perfecta paz y el per­fecto amor por todo el mundo, por Dios y por ti; el tiempo que sea necesario para recordar la inmortalidad y a tus creaciones inmortales, que la comparten contigo; el tiempo que sea necesa­rio para intercambiar el infierno por el Cielo. Dura el tiempo suficiente para que puedas trascender todo lo que el ego ha hecho y ascender hasta tu Padre.

La santidad no radica en el tiempo, sino en la eternidad.

Da el instante eterno, para que en ese radiante instante de perfecta liberación se pueda recordar la eternidad por ti. Ofrece el milagro del instante santo por medio del Espíritu Santo, y deja que sea Él Quien se encargue de dártelo a ti. “

 

Respira, profunda y calmadamente. Deja todo atrás y sumérgete en lo único que existe, ahora, y vívelo plenamente, con intensidad, en todos sus matices.

Al acceder al instante santo, al eterno momento presente, entramos en una nueva dimensión, antes no conocida, que nos lleva a lo más profundo de nosotros mismos, a nuestra propia esencia.

Permanece observando todo desde ahí, abiert@ al milagro de la existencia. 

Entrégate y verás como tu peso se aligera.

Al desplegar tus alas, observa cómo se despliegan, uno tras otro, los milagros en tu vida.

THE HOLY INSTANT

Why do we suffer? We do not inhabit the present. We continually flee from it, we do not accept it, we do not appreciate it, it is difficult for us to extract its meaning and teaching, moreover, we frequently try to change it or anticipate through our projections a future that has not yet arrived and that will never come. Because the future is inevitably lived in the present.

All future becomes present by being lived and experienced in the now. In itself, the notion of the future is an illusion based on the belief in the linearity of time.

A Course in Miracles tells us:

“Begin to use time as the Holy Spirit does: as a teaching tool to achieve peace and happiness. Choose this precise moment, right now, and think of it as if it were all the time that exists. In it nothing from the past can affect you, and it is in it where you find yourself completely absolved, completely free and without any condemnation. From this holy instant where your holiness is born again, you will move on in time free from all fear and without experiencing any sensation of change as time goes by.

In this redeeming instant Heaven resides.

In the holy instant when you see yourself shining with the radiance of freedom, you remember God. For to remember him is to remember freedom.

In exchange for that instant (the holy instant), He (the Holy Spirit) is ready to give you the memory of eternity.

How long does an instant last? It lasts as long as it takes to re-establish perfect sanity, perfect peace and perfect love for the whole world, for God and for you; As long as it takes to remember immortality and your immortal creations, who share it with you; as long as it takes to exchange Hell for Heaven. It lasts long enough for you to transcend everything the ego has done and ascend to your Father.

Holiness does not lie in time, but in eternity. Give the eternal instant, so that in that radiant instant of perfect liberation eternity can be remembered for you. Offer the miracle of the holy instant through the Holy Spirit, and let Him be the one in charge of giving it to you."

 

Breathe, deeply and calmly. Leave everything behind and immerse yourself in the only thing that exists, now, and live it fully, with intensity, in all its nuances.

By accessing the holy instant, the eternal present moment, we enter a new dimension, previously unknown, that takes us to the deepest part of ourselves, to our own essence.

Remain observing everything from there, open to the miracle of existence.

Give yourself fully and you will see how your weight is lightened.

As you spread your wings, watch the miracles unfold, one after another, in your life.
