A veces alguien se va,

Y se queda en el interior,

expansión de la consciencia,

presencia que late dentro y acompaña,

esencia del corazón.

 

El amor que es y siempre fue

Se siente como unidad, 

íntima comunicación.

 

Vuelan las nubes en los átomos,

libres para reconsiderar su gozo

y comenzar desde el infinito.

 

Lo que nunca tuvo piel,

no puede tener principio ni final.

 

Tuyas son las alas de la naturaleza

Y el canto de los pájaros.

 

Tuyo es el etéreo existir

De lo que no puede ser contenido

En el tiempo y el espacio.

 

Tuya la gloria de lo no nacido,

De lo no creado.

El comienzo no terminado.

EL NUEVO ÁNGEL DE LA FAMILIA

 

Querido papá… amigo, hermano, marido, tío, abuelo… Fernando.

Estamos aquí reunidos por ti, el día de tu despedida.

Ahora otra luz brilla en tu rostro.

Te has ido de este mundo y vuelas ahora más alto que los pájaros, esos que alimentabas con tanto cariño.

Te has ido con la misma paz que llevabas en tu corazón, con la misma aceptación con la que has vivido el proceso de tu enfermedad y que tanto ha servido de ejemplo para todos nosotros. Fuiste capaz de encontrar, incluso en esos momentos, la felicidad en la sencillez de lo cotidiano.

Como dijo la doctora que te acompañó en los momentos más difíciles: “Te has ido con elegancia”… con la actitud de entrega de quien se ofrece finalmente a los brazos del infinito, con la suavidad de un pétalo de rosa al desprenderse de la flor.

Tu último aliento ocurrió en tu cama, en tu casa, rodeado de todos los que te queremos, de nuestro amor y del amor de todos los que no podían estar ahí, pero te acompañaban en profundo sentimiento.

Así, llena de amor, me he quedado yo, porque tú, ahora has dejado de ser tú, para formar parte de mi corazón, y del corazón de todos nosotros.

Estás y estarás presente en cada latido, en cada momento de nuestras vidas.

Te recordaremos cada vez que observemos una flor o escuchemos el canto de un pájaro.

Te quiero y te doy las gracias, por darme la oportunidad de la vida, de venir a experimentar a este mundo, y por todas las vivencias a tu lado. Te doy las gracias por tu capacidad de escuchar, amigo y confidente, por tu sentido del humor, por tu cariño, por tu inmensa generosidad y por todas tus cualidades.

Mucha gente, familia, amigos, te ha querido y te quiere.

Gracias por haber existido a nuestro lado, por todo el tiempo vivido, querido papá, Fernando.

Seguiremos caminando juntos, unidos por el profundo vínculo del corazón.

Ahí, en el corazón, te siento, unidas las almas por un fino hilo. Ahí formas parte de mí, de todos nosotros.

¿Cómo podríamos olvidarte?

Ahora estás en nuestro interior.

Para siempre.

Que tu luz siga brillando allá donde estés y alumbre cálidamente nuestras vidas. Que con tus alas desplegadas seas capaz de volar hasta las estrellas, convertido finalmente en una de ellas… en el nuevo ángel de la familia.

MAKAR SANKRANTI, THE REIGN OF LIGHT - EL REINADO DE LA LUZ

 

THE REIGN OF LIGHT

Today January 14^th is Makar Sankranti.

Makar Sankranti is one of the most auspicious times in a year that marks the transition of the Sun from Dakshinayan to Uttarayan. Entering the zodiac sign of Makar (Capricorn) on this day, the sun begins its northward movement for the next six months.
Every year, Makar Sankranti falls on the 14th of January. The festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm to worship the Sun. Makar Sankranti is a famous festival and is celebrated in various parts of India with different customs and local traditions. For instance, in Tamil Nadu, Makar Sankranti is celebrated in the name Pongal for four days. The farmers observe this event as a thanksgiving celebration to offer their gratitude to the sun and the forces of nature.

In Amma´s words: “‘Pongal’ means ‘overflow’. It is a symbol of man’s overflowing love towards nature and nature’s overflowing love towards man. It is also a festival of harvest: with good thoughts and actions man worships nature. In return, nature gives her blessings in the form of a good harvest. Thus the individual mind and the universal mind overflow and become one. Pongal is a symbol of that oneness. The real Pongal is when our hearts overflow with love and compassion through good words and actions. Then only we will lift ourselves from manhood to godhood.” - Amma

We can learn more of this symbolic transition to the light listening to the wisdom of guruji Paramahansa Prajnanananda in his today´s satsang:

“Om lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu. Let all be in peace and prosperity.

Today is a very special day in the year. It comes once in every year. This day is the day of increasing sunlight.

We have two types of zodiac: fixed and moving. In moving zodiac, winter solstice is on 21-22th December. In fixed zodiac it is on 14^th January. In vedic tradition we follow both of them, with more significance on fixed zodiac.

Today is Makar Sankranti.

Ma is mangala or auspiciousness. Kar is hand and sunrise, light.

Let we all move towards light, leaving darkness.

Darkness breaths fear, insecurity, disease, suffering, misfortune, etc.

Light is love, knowledge, health, dynamism.

We are children of light. We are children of divinity. We are children of dynamic wisdom.

Today is the beginning of the month Makar. Today is dedicated to sun. Sun represents the entire creation. We should live practical spiritual life to protect creation. We should think, speak and act with divinity and love.

Since some time people are living with fear, insecurity. Creation is suffering because wrong ideas, activities and we have to change. Today brings more opportunity for more change. Follow the practical teachings of the masters. Fight with all inner voices, speak less, meditate more, love God, gurus in every breath.

I am praying for you all. My love is for all of you. I am meditating every day, I am aware of my every breath. Prepare yourself. Prepare yourself to take my spiritual treasures, my love and prayer. Let all be happy, healthy, noble and divine. Let there be no suffering. I bow to all.”- Paramahansa Prajnanananda

EL REINADO DE LA LUZ

Hoy 14 de enero es Makar Sankranti.

Makar Sankranti es uno de los momentos más auspiciosos en un año que marca la transición del Sol de Dakshinayan a Uttarayan. Al ingresar al signo zodiacal de Makar (Capricornio) en este día, el sol comienza su movimiento hacia el norte durante los próximos seis meses.

Cada año, Makar Sankranti cae el 14 de enero. La fiesta se celebra con gran entusiasmo para adorar al Sol. Makar Sankranti es un festival famoso y se celebra en varias partes de la India con diferentes costumbres y tradiciones locales. Por ejemplo, en Tamil Nadu, Makar Sankranti se celebra con el nombre de Pongal durante cuatro días. Los agricultores observan este evento como una celebración de acción de gracias para ofrecer su gratitud al sol y las fuerzas de la naturaleza.

Según las palabras de Amma: “Pongal "significa" desbordamiento ". Es un símbolo del amor desbordante del hombre hacia la naturaleza y del amor desbordante de la naturaleza hacia el hombre. También es una fiesta de la cosecha: con buenos pensamientos y acciones, el hombre adora la naturaleza. A cambio, la naturaleza le da bendiciones en forma de una buena cosecha. Así, la mente individual y la mente universal se desbordan y se vuelven una. Pongal es un símbolo de esa unidad. El verdadero Pongal ocurre cuando nuestros corazones rebosan de amor y compasión a través de buenas palabras y acciones. Sólo entonces nos elevaremos de la humanidad a la divinidad ". - Amma

Podemos aprender más de esta transición simbólica hacia la luz escuchando la sabiduría de guruji Paramahansa Prajnanananda en su discurso espiritual del día de hoy:

“Om lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu. Que todos los seres puedan tener paz y prosperidad.

Hoy es un día muy especial del año. Ocurre una vez al año. Hoy es el día en que comienza a aumentar la luz solar.

Tenemos dos tipos de zodíaco: fijo y móvil. En el zodíaco móvil, el solsticio de invierno es del 21 al 22 de diciembre. En el zodíaco fijo es el 14 de enero. En la tradición védica seguimos a ambos, dando más importancia al zodíaco fijo.

Hoy es Makar Sankranti. Ma significa mangala o buen augurio. Kar significa mano y amanecer, luz.

Que todos podamos avanzar hacia la luz, dejando atrás la oscuridad.

La oscuridad respira miedo, inseguridad, enfermedad, sufrimiento, desgracia, etc.

La luz es amor, conocimiento, salud, dinamismo.

Somos hijos de la luz. Somos hijos de la divinidad. Somos hijos de sabiduría dinámica.

Hoy es el comienzo del mes Makar. Hoy está dedicado al sol. El sol representa toda la creación. Debemos vivir una vida espiritual práctica para proteger la creación. Debemos pensar, hablar y actuar con divinidad y amor.

Desde hace algún tiempo la gente vive con miedo, inseguridad. La creación está sufriendo porque hay ideas y actividades equivocadas, y tenemos que cambiar esto. El día de hoy trae la oportunidad para realizar más cambios.

Sigue las enseñanzas prácticas de los maestros. Lucha con todas las voces interiores, habla menos, medita más, ama a Dios y a los gurús en cada respiración.

Estoy rezando por todos ustedes. Mi amor es para todos ustedes. Medito todos los días, soy consciente de cada respiración. Prepárate. Prepárate para llevarte mis tesoros espirituales, mi amor y mi oración. Que todos puedan ser felices, sanos, nobles y divinos. Que no haya sufrimiento. Me inclino ante todos"-

DEJAR LAS NUBES ATRÁS

¿Hacia dónde vamos cuando dejamos de existir aquí? A ese lugar donde los nombres y las formas se diluyen, dejan de translucir su apariencia.

El Ser, deslocalizado en la multiplicidad, regresa a su cualidad innata de omnipresencia consciente. Ahí, lo es todo, está en todo, y todo está en él… en su único Ser.

A esa consciencia regresamos tras un lapso en el reino del olvido, tras la incursión en la intención del aprendizaje y la experiencia.

Sin embargo, estando aquí, hay momentos en los que pareciera nublarse el horizonte.

Nubes en nuestros paisajes.

Lo bueno de tocar fondo es que te permite tomar impulso para alcanzar nuevas alturas, antes inimaginables.

A veces me pregunto por qué nos preocupa saber adónde vamos cuando ni siquiera sabemos dónde estamos… quienes somos… o nuestro propósito aquí. Todo está interrelacionado y es tarea del alma el averiguarlo. Es esta una tarea importante, despertar del sueño antes de que termine, para darnos cuenta de que en realidad, siempre estuvimos despiertos en la esencia de nuestro Ser.

La ilusión del tiempo.

Un año que termina y otro que comienza.

Al final, no se trata sino de la suma de momentos encadenados, de un eterno ahora que nos vive, que nos rodea con su presencia, que continúa sosteniendo nuestra existencia, inagotable, hasta cesar la ilusión con el último aliento o con el primero del despertar de la consciencia.

Estamos unidos en esto, no lo olvidemos.

Cada luz que se enciende aporta luminosidad al conjunto, cada instante vivido con paz aporta santidad al tiempo y al espacio que compartimos.

Dejemos atrás las nubes, salgamos de ellas y seamos faros en la niebla.

Que nuestras lágrimas, si las hubiera, sirvan para regar los brotes de la esperanza.

Que nuestras sonrisas acaricien y despierten corazones.

Que nuestro amor derrita fronteras y diferencias.

Que nuestra buena voluntad sea capaz de mover el mundo, transformarlo, elevarlo.

Un nuevo mundo es posible… dentro de cada uno… AHORA.

Dejemos las nubes atrás. Permitamos a la luz inundar nuestras vidas.

LEAVING THE CLOUDS BEHIND

Where do we go when we cease to exist here? To that place where names and forms dilute themselves and end to show their appearance.

The great thing about hitting rock bottom is that it allows you to gain momentum to reach new heights, previously unimaginable.

Sometimes I wonder why we care about where we are going when we don't even know where we are… who we are… or our purpose here. Everything is interrelated and it is the task of the soul to find it out. This is an important task, to wake up from the dream before it ends, to realize that in reality, we were always awake in the essence of our Being.

The illusion of time.

A year that ends and another that begins.

In the end, it is nothing but the sum of chained moments, of an eternal now that lives in us, that surrounds us with its presence, that continues to sustain our existence, inexhaustible, until the illusion ceases with the last breath or with the first of the awakening of consciousness.

We are united in this, let's not forget it.

Each light that is turned on brings luminosity to the whole, each moment lived in peace brings sanctity to the time and space we share.

Let's leave the clouds behind, get out of them and be beacons in the fog.

May our tears, if any, serve to water the sprouts of hope.

May our smiles caress and awaken hearts.

May our love melt borders and differences.

May our good will be able to move the world, transform it, elevate it.
