UN BUEN COMIENZO

Recién estrenado este nuevo año, ¿cuáles son nuestros propósitos?

¿Estamos realmente decididos para el cambio, para crear una nueva versión actualizada de nosotros mismos? ¿Qué decidimos ser y encarnar y como enfocaremos nuestras acciones para lograrlo?

Es cierto que no hay que esperar la llegada de un nuevo año para decidirse a cambiar, pero también es cierto que esta actitud global de apertura y renovada resolución actúa como un impulso grupal que nos beneficia a todos.

Está en nuestras manos seguir el antiguo camino habitual, que no nos lleva más allá de donde nos encontramos ahora, o explorar nuevos caminos, convertirnos en exploradores de la vida, inventores de lo que queremos experimentar.

Está en nuestras manos seguir perpetuando lo viejo o adentrarnos en lo nuevo, creando nuestro propio destino, poniendo nuestros dones al servicio de todos.

¿Y cómo lo hacemos?

En primer lugar, escuchando a nuestra intuición, aprendiendo a escuchar el mensaje que nos comunica nuestra propia alma, y siguiendo esa dirección, palpitar con ese latir interno que nos muestra nuestra parte más auténtica y veraz. De esa manera, entraremos en contacto con la información del Plan que existe para nosotros y encontraremos la fuerza para llevarlo a cabo y dejarnos llevar por él.

Existe un Plan establecido por Dios para cada uno de nosotros. Este es el único Plan con el éxito garantizado, que conduce a la salvación. Los planes del ego no nos llevan a ningún lugar, porque nos hacen buscar en la dirección equivocada. Solo el plan de Dios es eficaz porque gracias a él buscamos la salvación donde realmente se encuentra.

Por eso es tan importante reconocer esta certeza y elegir alinearnos con dicho plan, para desarrollar nuestro máximo potencial y poder reconocer y expresar nuestros dones.

Si nos parece que no somos capaces de acceder a esa información, pedirle a Dios, al Universo, a la Fuente, … , que nos revele Su Plan.

Según la Leccion 71 del Curso de Milagros, podríamos preguntar:

“¿Qué quieres que haga? ¿Adonde quieres que vaya? ¿Qué quieres que diga y a quién?

Deja que Él se haga cargo… y que te indique qué es lo que tienes que hacer en Su Plan para tu salvación. El responderá en la misma medida en que tú estés dispuesto a oir su Voz”

¿Hasta qué punto estamos dispuestos a escuchar? Estar dispuesto a escuchar, tomar la decisión de hacerlo, ya es suficiente y un excelente comienzo. La práctica continuada irá favoreciendo la propia capacidad de escucha. Recordemos, siempre que sea posible, mantener esta actitud de alerta y escucha, esta apertura a recibir lo que sea más apropiado para nosotros y desde esa certeza, comenzar a ponerlo en práctica.

“No puede haber mejor manera de pasar medio minuto, o menos, que recordando la Fuente de tu salvación y viéndola allí donde se encuentra”

En palabras de Krishnamurti:

“¿Cómo escucha? ¿Escucha con sus proyecciones, a través de sus proyecciones, de sus ambiciones, deseos, miedos, ansiedades, escuchando solo lo que quiere escuchar, solo lo que le satisface, lo que le complace, lo que le hace sentirse bien, y que por un momento alivia su sufrimiento? Si escucha a través de la pantalla de sus deseos, como es obvio, está escuchando su propia voz, sus propios deseos. ¿Existe alguna otra forma de escuchar? Escuchar solo tiene sentido cuando uno no proyecta sus propios deseos y escucha a través de ellos. ¿Puede uno eliminar todas esas pantallas a través de las que escucha y escuchar realmente?

Para escuchar, se requiere quietud interna, estar libre del esfuerzo de adquirir, una atención relajada. Ese estado alerta y aun así pasivo, puede escuchar lo que está más allá de la conclusión verbal.

Sólo escuchando uno puede oír la canción de las palabras.

Si puede escuchar así, escuchar con facilidad, sin tensión, descubrirá que se produce un extraordinario cambio en usted, un cambio que surge sin voluntad propia, sin pedirlo, y en ese cambio hay gran belleza y profunda percepción.”

Que todos seamos capaces de vaciarnos para aprender a escuchar y recibir la verdad que fluye desde nuestra alma, y llenarnos de ella, y ponerla en práctica, de acuerdo con el Plan Universal.

Que todos podamos expresar la infinita potencialidad de nuestros dones y sepamos encarnar el amor que somos en esencia.

A NEW BEGINNING

In the beginning of this new year, what are our purposes?
Are we really determined to change, to create a new updated version of ourselves? What do we decide to be and embody and how will we focus our actions to achieve it?
It is true that we must not wait for the arrival of a new year to decide to change, but it is also true that this global attitude of openness and renewed resolution acts as a group impulse that benefits us all.
It is in our hands to follow the usual old path, which does not take us beyond where we are now, or explore new paths, to become explorers of life, inventors of what we want to experience.
It is in our hands to continue perpetuating the old or to enter the new, creating our own destiny, putting our gifts at the service of all.
And how do we do it?
In the first place, listening to our intuition, learning to listen to the message that our own soul communicates to us, and following that direction, palpitate with that inner beat that shows us our most authentic and truthful part. That way, we will get in touch with the information in the Plan that exists for us and find the strength to carry it out and be pulled by it.
There is a Plan established by God for each of us. This is the only Plan with guaranteed success, which leads to salvation. The plans of the ego do not take us anywhere, because they make us look in the wrong direction. Only God's plan is effective because thanks to him we seek salvation where it really is.
That is why it is so important to recognize this certainty and choose to align with that plan, to develop our maximum potential and to be able to recognize and express our gifts.
If it seems to us that we are not able to access that information, ask God, the Universe, the Source, ..., to reveal His Plan to us.
According to Lesson 71 of the Course in Miracles, we could ask:
"What do You want me to do? Where do You want me to go? What do You want me to say and to whom?
Let Him take charge ... and tell you what you have to do in His Plan for your salvation. He will respond to the same extent that you are willing to hear his Voice. ”
To what extent are we willing to listen? Being willing to listen, make the decision to do it, is enough and an excellent start. Continued practice will favor your own ability to listen. Let us remember, whenever possible, to maintain this attitude of alertness and listening, this openness to receive what is most appropriate for us and from that certainty, begin to put it into practice.
"There can be no better way to spend half a minute, or less, than remembering the Source of your salvation and seeing it wherever it is"

In the words of Krishnamurti:
“How do you listen? Do you listen with your projections, through your projections, your ambitions, desires, fears, anxieties, listening only to what you want to hear, only what satisfies you, what pleases you, what makes you feel good, and that which by A moment relieves your suffering? If you listen through the screen of your desires, as is obvious, you are listening to your own voice, your own desires. Is there any other way to listen? Listening only makes sense when you don't project your own desires and listen through them. Can one eliminate all those screens through which he actually listens?
To listen, internal stillness is required, to be free from the effort to acquire, a relaxed attention. That alert and even passive state can hear what is beyond the verbal conclusion.
Only by listening one can hear the song of words.
If you can listen like this, listen easily, without tension, you will discover that there is an extraordinary change in you, a change that arises without your own will, without asking for it, and in that change there is great beauty and deep perception. ”

May we all be able to empty ourselves to learn to listen and receive the truth that flows from our soul, and fill ourselves with it, and put it into practice, in accordance with the Universal Plan.
May we all express the infinite potential of our gifts and know how to embody the love that we are in essence.

LA VERDAD QUE EXISTE EN TODOS - THE TRUTH IN ALL OF US

LA VERDAD QUE EXISTE EN TODOS

Todo está dicho ya, aunque continuemos expresándolo en una infinidad de maneras. La verdad que existe en nosotros es incontenible.

La misma información que fluye adoptando variadas formas, en función del canal por el que desciende, en función de la cultura, de la sociedad en la que se expresa, en función de la filosofía, credo y religión, más allá incluso de su aceptación o de la opinión que origina.

Existen muchos caminos, diversas maneras de expresar una única verdad que existe ahí, disponible, abierta, accesible a todos nosotros. La verdad es una, e infinitas las versiones de la misma, tantas como la infinidad de caminos que conducen hacia ella.

Las escrituras sagradas del pasado son pilar y referencia, así como también lo es lo sagrado que puede surgir de nosotros mismos, en este presente, en este ahora que habitamos. ¿O es acaso menos sagrado lo que fluye ahora a través nuestro que lo que recibían los sabios de la antigüedad? Lo sagrado ha estado siempre presente en la historia del humano, de la misma manera en que está presente ahora. Y especialmente en esta época de cambio, en este periodo de evolución exponencial que vivimos actualmente, de creciente luz y expansión vibratoria, ¿No seremos aún más capaces de contactar con esa información que yace, sutilmente oculta, en nuestro interior?

El movimiento de interiorización nos permite acercarnos a ella, conectar con nuestra esencia y aprender, callada y pacientemente, a recibir y compartir esta información, que en muchas ocasiones es difícilmente descriptible con palabras, más bien con certezas sentidas y experimentadas interiormente, que el alma trata de comunicar. En realidad las palabras son un simple intento de describir algo, limitándolo por el mero hecho de intentar circunscribirlo a una definición.

Digamos que no nací ayer, ni es la primera vez que la información viaja a través de mí. Mi mano se mueve en ocasiones a la velocidad del latir de un corazón, y es precisamente en esos momentos cuando desaparezco de en medio y permito que solo trabaje ella, tratando de seguir a duras penas el ritmo de las palabras que recibe.

No hay nada nuevo que decir y sin embargo, cada manera de expresar la verdad es fundamental e insustituible, importante hasta el punto de ser necesaria su existencia. Basta la inspiración que produce en un sólo ser para que el nacimiento de esa expresión tenga sentido.

La verdad es verdaderamente contagiosa. Cuando se escucha, se reconoce y se busca aún más, se sigue fielmente en mayor o menor medida dependiendo del compromiso elegido.

La verdad contagia las almas con su mensaje de amor y las une en un solo lazo, a través del cual fluye la Gracia. De esta manera, la verdad, a través del amor, nos une en la Gracia Divina, ayudándonos a intuir lo divino en nuestro interior.

Aunque no haya nada nuevo que decir…

¡Qué importante es contagiar a otros con el amor que emana de nuestra forma de sentir y expresar la verdad!

¡Qué importante es transmitir un mensaje de amor que sustituya otro tipo de mensajes, o al menos, los contrarreste!

¡Qué importante la labor que todos y cada uno de nosotros tenemos en este mundo: Asegurar nuestra propia felicidad y hacer lo posible por hacer felices a otros!

Seamos un canal a través del cual fluya el amor y las sonrisas del alma.

Aunque todo esté dicho ya, aunque parezca que no hay nada nuevo que decir… ¡Digámoslo igualmente, con nuestras propias palabras!, y cuando no sepamos expresarlo, el silencio de una sonrisa será suficiente para derretir corazones.

Que importante es vivir y expresar la verdad, ser un eco que adquiere una nueva forma actualizada.

Permitamos que la información se exprese a través nuestro, simplemente dejándola ser, sin oponer resistencia, trabas u obstáculos, siendo sinceros y auténticos, fieles a nuestra propia naturaleza. Dejemos de vivir una farsa, dejemos de aparentar lo que no somos ni queremos ser. Entremos en contacto con ese divino Ser que en esencia somos, y en ese espacio, entraremos igualmente en contacto con la verdad que está en nuestro interior.

Vivamos de acuerdo a esa verdad interna,  a esa autenticidad, que nos lleva en la dirección correcta, la dirección de la expresión del Amor que somos, de la búsqueda de la hermandad, de la Unidad. Escuchemos el mensaje de esa verdad que habla dentro de nosotros, y que nos lleva hacia la experiencia personal de eso que tantas veces hemos escuchado: “Todos somos Uno”,... y cual Uno solo, seamos capaces de caminar por este planeta sin excluir a nadie, incluyendo a todos en nuestro expansivo Ser.

Aunque todo esté dicho ya… ¡Aún quedan tantas cosas por decir!

Que todos seamos capaces de experimentar, vivir y compartir la verdad que en esencia somos.

THE TRUTH IN ALL OF US

Everything is already said, although we continue to express it in an infinite number of ways. The truth inside of us is unstoppable.

The same information adopting various forms, depending on the channel through which it descends, depending on the culture, on the society in which it is expressed, depending on philosophy, creed and religion, even beyond its acceptance or the opinion that originates.

There are many paths, different ways of expressing a single truth that exists there, available, open, accessible to all of us. The truth is one, and infinite its versions, as many as the infinite paths that lead to it.

The sacred scriptures of the past are pillar and reference, as in the same way, it is the sacred that can arise from ourselves, in this present moment, in this now that we inhabit. Or is it less sacred what flows through us now than the knowledge received by the wise men of ancient times? The sacred has always been present in the human, in the same way as it is present now. And this is especially important in this time of change, in this period of exponential evolution that we are living nowadays. In this present time of increasing light and more expanded vibration, will we not be even more able to contact that information that lies, subtly hidden, within us?

The interiorization movement allows us to get closer to it, connect with our essence and learn, quietly, patiently, to receive and share this information, which in many occasions is difficult to describe with words. It is rather explained with internal certainties that the soul tries to communicate. Words are in fact a simple attempt to describe something, limiting it by merely trying to circumscribe it to a definition.

Let's say I wasn't born yesterday, nor it is the first time that information travels through me. My hand sometimes moves at the speed of the beating of a heart, and it is precisely in those moments that I disappear, I get out of the way, and allow only her to work, trying to barely follow the rhythm of the words she receives.

There is nothing new to say and yet, every way of expressing the truth

 is fundamental and irreplaceable, important to the extent that it is 

necessary its existence. The inspiration it produces in a single being

is enough to give sense to the birth of that expression.

The truth is truly contagious. When it is heard, recognized and sought further, it is faithfully followed to a greater or lesser extent depending on the chosen commitment.

The truth spreads to the souls with its message of love and unites them in a single bond, through which Grace flows. In this way, the truth, through love, unites us in the Divine Grace, helping us to intuit the divine within us.

Although there is nothing new to say...

How important it is to spread to others the love that emanates from our way of feeling and expressing the truth!

How important it is to convey a message of love that replaces other types of messages, or at least, counteract them!

How important the work that each and every one of us have in this world: Ensure our own happiness and do our best to make others happy!

Let's be a channel through which love and smiles from the soul may flow.

Even if everything is already said, although it seems that there is nothing new to say ... let's say it anyway, with our own words! And even if we don't know how to express it, the silence of a smile will be enough to melt hearts.

How important it is to live and express the truth, to be an echo that acquires a new updated form.

Let the information be expressed through us, simply by letting it be, without resistance or obstacles, being sincere and authentic, being true to our own nature. Let's stop living a farce, let's stop pretending what we are not and what we don't want to be. Let's get in touch with that divine Being that in essence we all are, and in that space, we will also come into contact with the truth that lies inside of us.

Let us live according to that inner truth, to that authenticity, which leads us in the right direction, the expression of the love that we are, the search for brotherhood, of Unity. Let us listen to the message of that truth that speaks within us, and that leads us to the personal experience of what we have heard so many times: "We are all One",… and like One alone, let us be able to walk on this planet without excluding anyone , including everyone in our expansive Being.

Although everything has already been said ... There are still so many things to say!

May we all be able to experience, live and share the truth that in essence we all are.

LIGHT AFTER THE SILENCE - LA LUZ DESPUES DEL SILENCIO

LIGHT AFTER THE SILENCE

A blank space.
Not knowing what to write.
The absence of the creative impulse that precedes communication.
After the silence, the light arrives.
A being of light is directed towards the light and needs to be fed of light.
That contact with light and nature is so healing for all of us. It is important to remember it and offer it to us, as a present, as often as possible. There are gifts so luminous that are capable of raising our consciousness and counteracting that darkness that sometimes invades us from within.
A being of light needs light, and we all are light, whether we are aware of it or not.
We walk towards the new Consciousness that unites everything, because nothing can truly be understood without this concept of Unity as the root and sustenance.
Little by little we go deeper and we get closer to that inner light, to the knowledge of the Being that we are, beyond the ego. And the closer we get to that Divine Consciousness that lies within us, the closer we get to the concept of Unity with everything and with everyone, with the whole of creation, of which we are a part.
It is not about learning anything that is outside of us. It's about remembering who we are. Because everything is here inside us, waiting to be discovered, experienced, lived.
It is about removing layers of darkness and ignorance and being able to see the light that was always there.
As it is said in the book "A Course in Miracles" (UCDM), which is inspiring me so much:

"Beyond this darkness, but still within you, is the vision of Christ, Who contemplates everything in the light." UCDM

The vision of Christ or the Christ consciousness that lives within us.
We are truly beings of light, and the divine spark, the source of infinite potentiality, shines within each one of us.
If only we were able to see this light, not only in ourselves, but in others.
Because the fact of seeing it in others helps us to see it in ourselves.

"Creature of light, you do not know that the light is in you.
Each brother you contemplate in the light will make you more aware of your own light.
Love always leads to love "UCDM

What we see in others is what really exists inside of us.
What we see and feel through our mind and heart is what we experience projected in our world, in the world that surrounds us.
It is our interior that is projected on the outside.

"Projection gives rise to perception. The only reality that you attack is in your own mind. What is inside, appears to be outtside "UCDM

What do we want to project? Light or darkness, Love ... or negative emotions as criticism, jealousy, fear, guilt, anger, ...
Everything depends on what we decide to cultivate within.

Decide the light. Decide love.

The light and love that we all are in essence ... And you will perceive your life accordingly.

LA LUZ DESPUES DEL SILENCIO.

Un espacio en blanco.

No saber qué escribir.

La ausencia del impulso creativo que precede la comunicación.

Después del silencio, llega la luz.

Un ser de luz se dirige hacia la luz y necesita el alimento de la luz.

Ese contacto con la luz y la naturaleza, tan sanador para todos nosotros. Es importante recordarlo y regalárnoslo tan frecuentemente como sea posible. Hay regalos tan luminosos que son capaces de elevar nuestra conciencia y contrarrestar esa oscuridad que en ocasiones nos invade por dentro.

Un ser de luz necesita luz, y todos lo somos, seamos conscientes de ello o no.

Caminamos hacia la nueva Conciencia que lo une todo, porque nada se puede comprender verdaderamente sin este concepto de Unidad como base y sustento.

Poco a poco vamos profundizando y nos dirigimos a esa luz interior, hacia el conocimiento del Ser que somos, más allá del ego. Y cuanto más nos acercamos a esa Divina Conciencia que yace en nuestro interior, más nos acercamos también al concepto de Unidad con todo y con todos, con el conjunto de la creación, de la que formamos parte.

No se trata de aprender nada que esté fuera de nosotros. Se trata de recordar quienes somos. Porque todo está aquí dentro, en nuestro interior, esperando a ser descubierto, experimentado, vivido.

Se trata de ir retirando capas de oscuridad e ignorancia y ser capaces de ver la luz que siempre estuvo allí.

Como dice el libro de “Un Curso de Milagros” (UCDM), que tanto me está inspirando:

“Más allá de esta oscuridad, pero todavía dentro de ti, se encuentra la visión de Cristo, Quien contempla todo en la luz.” UCDM

La visión de Cristo, la conciencia Crística que vive en nuestro interior.

Somos seres de luz, y la chispa divina, la fuente de potencialidad infinita, brilla dentro de cada uno de nosotros.

Si tan solo fuésemos capaces de ver esta luz, no solo en nosotros, sino en los demás.

Porque el hecho de verla en los demás, nos ayuda a verla en nosotros mismos.

“Criatura de luz, no sabes que la luz está en ti.

Cada hermano que contemples en la luz hará que seas más consciente de tu propia luz.

El amor siempre conduce al amor” UCDM

Lo que vemos en otros es lo que existe realmente en nuestro interior.

Lo que vemos y sentimos a través de nuestra mente y corazón, es lo que experimentamos proyectado en nuestro mundo, en el mundo que nos rodea.

Es nuestro interior lo que se proyecta en el exterior.

“La proyección da lugar a la percepción. La única realidad que atacas se encuentra en tu propia mente. Lo que está dentro, aparenta estar fuera” UCDM

¿Qué deseamos proyectar? Luz u oscuridad, Amor… O emociones negativas como la critica, celos, miedo, culpa, ira,…

Todo depende de lo que decidimos cultivar en nuestro interior.

Decide la luz. Decide el amor. La luz y el amor que todos somos en esencia… Y percibirás tu vida en consecuencia.
